Billing questions
Is there a free plan or free trial?
No. There is one paid plan with everything included, so you never hit a limit or get asked to upgrade.
How do I pay?
Payments are handled by Stripe, a secure payment company used by millions of businesses. You pay by card. We never see or store your full card number.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing settings in the app, any time, with no phone call needed. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, from the billing settings in the app. The yearly plan costs $490, which is 2 months free compared to paying $49 every month.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes. A receipt is emailed to you after every payment, and you can see your billing history in the billing settings.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't refund partial months or years. If something went wrong with a charge, email support@foamagent.app and we'll sort it out.
Does the price include sales tax?
Prices are shown before tax. Depending on where you are, tax may be added at checkout.
What happens to my jobs and invoices if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your paid period. If you want your account and data deleted, email support@foamagent.app.
